Practice Day 2

Today Team Canada had all 16 boats available for a 1 hour practice between 12:00 and 1:00pm. Most team members commented that their practices today felt much better then yesterday. Everyone is acclimatizing to the unique weather and water conditions. Alot of us are used to paddling on salt water and the transition to fresh water, where the boat is less bouyant and heavier in the water has been challenging. Everyone, including our Team Canada Coach Kamini, and mother/daughter duo Florida and Katherine Town have been finding ways to stay cool throughout the day.
