This morning began off with a meeting of the entire Team Canada contingent at the Hawthorne Suites (next to the race site) to discuss the practice schedule over the next three days, as well as other logistics including uniforms, athletes parade, opening ceremony, etc. Team Canada was given 10 boats and one hour of practice time today.
During practices sessions today there was also an opportunity to meet other Canadian athletes who will be competing in Sacramento.
Both V6 and V1 Practice sessions took place. V6 between 2-3pm and V1 between 3-3:30pm. The pictures below show Team Canada Golden Masters women practicing in a V6 and Junior U-16 Jordan Pilon practicing in a V1.
